    Foraging for native and wild ingredients has been the norm for Julian, head-chef and owner of the Two-Hat status restaurant in Yarraville VIC, influencing his considered and sustainable ethos when it comes to food.

    The partnership compliments the great passion of culinary sustainability with Julian’s goals to minimise his environmental footprint. Making a conscious effort to reduce food waste and food mileage, Julian supports like-minded local growers and will be conducting his fortnightly visits in this 100% electric van.
